This hub is dedicated to habits old and new, whether you just cant stop smoking or breaking the habit of drinking this hub should help you as Samuel Johnson once said -

When I used to smoke i smoked around 10 cigarettes a day plus £10 worth of weed per day as well as having 4-5 cans per night beer. I would finish work having smoked in the day cigarettes then come home have dinner then start smoking weed whilst drinking a few cans in front of the t.v and that was my evening every evening. It sounds boring yet I loved it and when I had to move in with my girlfriend because she was pregnant made me realise it was not a normal way of life.

The hardest thing when giving up everything was the boredom in the evening. My girlfriend was pregnant and very short fused and i having given up my normal evening routine really struggled. But if I analysed it deeper what was I really missing? The fact I had my own space was good but what I did with my own time was a waste, I never went out, I spent most of my money on weed and beer and looking back what a shit life it was.

To break this habit of smoking weed and drinking beer in the evening to pass the time I had to take up a hobby. I started going to the gym 3 times per week which was good but still did not fill the void. You see when I was smoking weed I could only play the computer or watch a film if I had some green otherwise I could not focus my attention on a film or computer game so breaking the habit is harder than it seems on the surface.

Time passed we had a baby girl and life was great, time away from these habits and maybe friends who still could influence you into smoking again does help.

When quitting cigarettes it wasn't the fag I was missing it was the times of day I had a fag i.e after meals or on lunch breaks and just having something to look forward to and when quitting you find yourself a little lost.

I still drink beer not everyday but quitting weed and cigarettes has a been an eye opener, I do more now am active and have a family to provide for which having a baby is a drug in itself you want to do everything you can for them and your own mistakes shouldn't effect your children as my past would of done had I carried on smoking weed.

WELL THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM -HOW TO KICK THE HABIT-

WEATHER TI IS GOOD HABIT INVOLVE IN THAT. IF U THINK IT IS BAD AND INFLUENCE ON UR HEALTH ,STATUS ,MONEY AND PERSONAL IMAGE JUST IT IS A THING WHO COME IN SIDE WITHOUT NOTICE WHAT WE DO ASK THEM GO OUT ,I WILL CALL U IF U NEED. LIKE THAT WE CAN KICK OUT THE HABIT.AND IMMEDIATELY WE HAVE TO INVOLVE IN TO ANOTHER WORK
